Romesco Sauce is the duck’s nuts. It takes everything from ‘ho hum’ to ‘shit yeah!’ in a splodge of a spoonful. It’s especially awesome on grilled seafood and pork, or as a healthy dip with veg sticks.

Never make eye contact while eating a banana. It’s a rule. Making eye contact while eating one of these banana muffins however, is perfectly acceptable. So are high fives and bum taps. These are a cinch to make. I whizz mine up in the food processor to make it even easier.
