So I did a thing, and it was a bloody good
thing! So good I wanted to share it with you guys so you too can do the thing.
I took a packet of our PALEO MULTI-SEED BREAD and zhooshed it a bit, et voila!
PALEO FRUIT & SEED BREAD. So here’s what you do:
– take a packet of our bread mix and prepare as directed on packet.
– mix in additional teaspoon each of cinnamon and allspice, plus 4 tablespoons
of honey or maple syrup.
– add in 1/4 cup chopped dried apple, 10 chopped dried apricots and a handful
of sultanas.
– bake as directed, however, depending on your oven you may need to add 5
minutes of baking time.
– you can swap the dried fruit for whatever you prefer, just use similar
volume.
