Review of the film "The Lion King";

Review of the film "The Lion King";

We all know that everything comes to an end, and the end has come for the Disney remakes, first came "Dumbo", which came out normal, although it was very coldly received by critics. Next up is "Aladdin," which turned out to be a very cool movie. And now the latest remake of "The Lion King" has been released, which I'm going to tell you about now, because I just went to see the movie.

I watched the latest remake from Disney studios today- "The Lion King" and I want to say that the film is just great, it's such nostalgia that you just can't imagine, such an atmosphere, everything looked so cool. I don't know, but nostalgia is probably one of the best qualities of these remakes, but otherwise why watch the same thing? So I do not know either.

The film has such soundtracks, such drama, just a gorgeous picture, and yet it's the best remake of Disney for me. Disney didn't make a mistake, and they shot a decent remake, which of course makes the viewer cry and feel very nostalgic.

Despite the cartoon and the movie, the cartoon is certainly better, and this is logical. The remakes were created just to raise money, and Disney is after the dough like a Fox after chickens. They didn't want movies, they wanted as much money as possible. It was a risky move by the studio, since all these remakes could fail at the box office and not make money. "Dumbo" failed, it didn't collect much, and the film wasn't very good, but "Aladdin" earned a big box office, and who even thought about such a success? But let's be honest, Guy Ritchie gave Disney the loot, if there had been another director, well, he would have just ruined everything, but Richie shot everything coolly. And yesterday, the last remake of "The Lion King" started this year, in which the fate will be exactly the same as in "Aladdin".

I also want to praise the visual, which is just juice in the movie, and the graphics are beautiful, nothing hurts the eyes. I went to the movie in 2-D and I will say that it is no worse than the 3-D format.

Was it like that when you first came to the movie, you were already nostalgic from the very beginning? This is the second time I've done this, on "Aladdin" at the very beginning, the music "Arabian Night" was playing and in "The Lion King" as soon as the movie starts, there's a song like "Circle of Life Carmen Twillie, Lebo M". God, and it's such nostalgia, it's just gorgeous.

The only downside of the film is that Pumbaa and Timon are not the same at all, it could have been better. Well, there were also some scenes, I won't spoil them, I won't tell you anyway, you'll see for yourself. Many people did not like the film, I do not know, perhaps because the film does not live up to the original, because some scenes were changed by the director.

And I also want to praise the masters who worked on the voice acting, James Earl Jones, Donald Glover, Chiwetel Ejiofor, John Oliver, John Kani, Alfrey Woodard, Jaydon McCrary, Shahada Wright Joseph, Seth Rogen, and Billy Eichner beautifully voiced their Persians, Scar came out very cool, and in his turn Musa and Simba, the best characters.

I would give the film an 8/10, but through gorgeous nostalgia, soundtracks, and one very dramatic moment, I'll give it a 9/10.
