Chai Spiced Porridge

Rise and shine! Hauling your arse out of bed is made easier when you know there’s an awesome brekky on the menu. This paleo chai spiced porridge is ready in a flash and will set you up nicely to Carpe the shit out of the Diem.




Throw everything in a saucepan and mix well.

Bring it to a simmer over a low-medium heat while stirring.

Simmer for 4-5 minutes until thickened.
spoon into bowls and top with whatever you fancy, I’m flexible like that.

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons flaxseed meal
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Pinch each: ground cardamom, ground cloves, nutmeg, sea salt
