MAKE ROOM FOR ‘SHROOMS!

Why did the mushroom get invited to the party? Because he was a funghi. Boom boom.
I was really weird about mushrooms as a kid. I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole. Now I’m an adult I love that umami flavoured little guy. They pack a powerful nutrition punch too:
