These bars are no-bake, have 4 ingredients and can be whipped up in 5 minutes! Too good to be true you ask?? Not on my watch. I love coming up with super simple snacks for you guys. At the end of the day, we are all super busy, but we want to keep on track with our eating, right?
These are perfect for a breakfast on the run, that 3pm slump or as a lunchbox filler for the kids.
1 cup of cashews
1 cup of dessicated coconut
juice of 1 large lime
Line a loaf tin with baking paper.
Whizz the cashews in your food processor to a rough crumble.
Add all other ingredients and whizz again for a minute or 2.
Press the mixture firmly into the lined tin and refrigerate for about an hour.
Cut into 7 bars.
