The cheeky little chia seed is packed full of goodies for your health, including protein, omega-3, calcium, manganese and phosphorus. They also fill you up nicely. Try layering it with berries, topping with toasted coconut or eating it straight from the jar!
Place all ingredients into a jar and shake extremely well. Whack it in the fridge.
Shake again after an hour or so, put it back in the fridge, then leave it overnight or at least several hours.
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds (I used white ones)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
